Recruitment Coordinator
As a recruiting coordinator, you will need to be a critical thinker and highly organized. You will need to know basic computer skills. Knowledge of social media is preferred, especially sites like LinkedIn and Indeed. You will be the point of communication between job applicants and the hiring team so effective communication skills are a must.
Although this position is remote, candidates MUST be local to the Phoenix Metro area.
Responsibilities for Recruiting Coordinator

Work within a team to understand and participate in the recruiting plan
Write job descriptions and post them online or in the ATS data base
Manages recruiting contacts and partners in the community
Work with local colleges and technical schools for applicants (job boards)
Maintain applicant data base (Workable)
Telephone pre-screening of applicants
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Be an active participant in identifying changing recruiting trends
Perform administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications for Recruiting Coordinator

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Ability to conduct several types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
• Preferred knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems but not required training will be provided
• Basic computer skills
• Microsoft suite of software- Outlooks, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
