These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Axos is seeking a Operations Manager, who will provide advanced operational support, including complex transaction processing and issue resolution. In this role, you will serve as a resource for junior staff and ensures adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Serve as secondary contact for task/request reviews and/or approvals.
Manage and support projects across the full range of subject matter supported by Zenith, including ensuring team is upholding all customer-related tasks.
Manage strategic and operational initiatives and projects with on-time and on-budget results.

5-7 years operations experience in banking or financial services
