We are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to join our growing outpatient ABA clinics in Culpeper and Charlottesville, Virginia .

Unlike many ABA organizations, this is a 100% clinic-based position , allowing you to focus on patient care without extensive travel between client homes.

Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

No weekends
No evening shifts
No on-call responsibilities

Outpatient clinic setting
Average caseload of 6-9 clients
Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide caregiver and family education
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements
Qualifications
Required

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
Active certification in good standing
Passion for working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Preferred

Work Environment
This is a primarily onsite, clinic-based position . Limited remote work for administrative duties may become available based on productivity and business needs, but candidates should expect to work onsite.
