Pharmacist Manager (full time)

Position Summary Provides comprehensive patient care to members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members regarding health care and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation.

Key Responsibilities Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper stock status, and inventory levels, budgeting and forecasting sales.

Develops and maintains cross‑functional relationships and assesses economic trends and demographics.

Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper member service approaches and techniques to ensure member needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within company guidelines and standards.

Oversees the implementation of and participates in community outreach programs and encourages Associates to serve as a good member of the community.

Ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas by analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, overseeing safety, operational and quality assurance reviews, developing and implementing action plans, and providing direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates in assigned areas by selecting training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing performance feedback, providing recognition and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.

Ensures confidentiality of information, documentation and assigned records as required by company policies and local state and federal guidelines.

Act with integrity, maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance, and model the company values to support and foster a culture of belonging.

Qualifications B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree or equivalent.

Pharmacy license (by job entry date).

Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also receive Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) compensation based on location.
