Description: Janitor / General Labor 1st Shift Shift: 1st Shift 4am -12:30pm, Monday Friday Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Location: Elk Grove Village, IL We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Janitor / General Labor Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position that includes janitorial duties as well as assisting in other departments as needed.
Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain kitchen and restroom areas
Sweep and mop production and common areas
Assist the Paint Department when needed
Assist with assembly and general production tasks
Build pallets and use a nail gun safely and efficiently
Support various departments as business needs require
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:

Previous janitorial or general labor experience preferred
Experience using a nail gun and building pallets is a plus
Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple departments
Dependable, team-oriented, and flexible
Safety-conscious with a strong attention to detail
Manufacturing experience preferred
