We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Press Operator / Setups who want more than a lateral move. Set up and adjust printing machinery for various jobs.

Monitor press operations to ensure product quality and detect malfunctions.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during production.

Load raw materials and unload finished products from the press.

Conduct quality checks on printed materials to meet specifications.

Maintain accurate production logs and complete necessary paperwork.

High school diploma or GED.

• 2+ years experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses (e.g., Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting press issues.
• Bonus Qualifications

Forklift certification

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to perform basic quality checks using measurement tools (e.g., Printing Press Operator, Setup Technician, Machine Operator (Printing), Offset Press Operator, Flexographic Press Operator, Digital Press Operator, Print Production Technician, Prepress Technician, Finishing Operator, Bindery Operator
