Randolph Hospital

Provides nutritional care for participants including nutritional assessments and diet instruction. Documents in medical record. Participates as an interdisciplinary member of the Interdisciplinary Team.

BS degree in Food and Nutrition or its equivalent. Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics ADA (American Dietetic Association) registration required. Also desirable, North Carolina LDN. CPR and First Aid Certification required. Meet a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by StayWell Senior Care and approved by CMS before working independently. Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date. Age Specific Competency. Minimum one year experience preferred.
