Job Purpose: The Systems Engineer II at CNH Industrial participates in the definition and integration of precision farming systems into a complete, high-performing solution for agricultural equipment. This role supports the development of precision farming systems - including auto-guidance, telemetry, connectivity, vehicle control, mapping, ISOBUS, and service - by translating customer and stakeholder needs into system-level requirements, architecture, and technical solutions. The Systems Engineer II collaborates with software, hardware, and product management organizations to deliver scalable, customer-focused systems aligned with CNH's product and technology strategies.Translate stakeholder, customer, regulatory, and product requirements into clear system-level requirements and subsystem definitions.Support development of system architecture and integration strategies for auto-guidance, telemetry, connectivity, vehicle control, mapping, ISOBUS, and service.Work across software, hardware, verification and validation testing, to coordinate system definition, integration, and issue resolution.Support investigation and resolution of product and field issues using a structured, fact-based engineering approach.Execute systems engineering best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical fieldMinimum 2+ years of engineering experience in product development or systems engineering.Experience defining and documenting system requirements and feature specifications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams under limited supervision.Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators.Understanding of electrical systems (circuits, power distribution, signal behavior)Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)Pay Transparency: The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
