We're seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values collaboration, ethical care, and meaningful relationships with clients and families.

As a BCBA, you'll provide clinical leadership while helping children and families reach meaningful goals.

Develop, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans

Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions

Conduct caregiver training and parent education

Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and support

Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field

Experience providing ABA services and clinical supervision

Experience with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required
