Position Overview: The Core Systems Administrator I supports core financial systems by troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and contributing to a collaborative, solutions-focused IT team.

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Compensation Range: $31.25 - $ 43.27 per hour. Location: Hybrid or remote work options offered, with a preference for candidates who can work onsite periodically from one of our hub locations in Endwell, NY; Support daily and monthly operation of core systems and related processes.

Test software changes, support release cycles, and help maintain technical documentation.

Troubleshoot issues, validate solutions, and help minimize production impact.

Contribute to system security, patching, and business continuity efforts.

Participate in rotational on-call support for a 24/7 production environment.

Partner with teammates, internal stakeholders, and vendors on technical initiatives and special projects.

Experience in systems administration, IT operations, or a related technical support role

Exposure to financial services technology, banking systems, or credit union operations is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 1–3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant hands-on experience

Exposure to financial services technology, banking systems, or credit union operations is a plus

Experience within financial services, credit union, or banking technology environments is helpful, though not required; transferable experience supporting complex systems is strongly valued

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where interruptions occur, while still meeting project timelines and deliverables
