REMOTE – PROXIMITY TO A DATA CENTER PREFERRED
The Enterprise Solutions Administrator will support the organization’s data center, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. This individual will help maintain reliable, secure, and well-documented infrastructure services across a distributed enterprise.
The position is responsible for implementation support, technical troubleshooting, operational coordination, vendor follow-up, and day-to-day systems administration under the direction of senior IT leadership.
The organization’s data centers are located in the Phoenix, Arizona; Candidates located near one of these data centers are preferred, with a particularly strong preference for Phoenix-area candidates.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Hyper-V, DNS, and Microsoft Azure.
Experience supporting data center, cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of an IT or infrastructure team.
Ability to assist with system upgrades, configuration changes, monitoring, and incident response.
Working knowledge of storage, backup, networking, security, virtualization, and compute platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, organization, customer service, and follow-through skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Experience with Microsoft 365, VMware, Cisco technologies, Microsoft operating systems, and Linux is preferred.
Experience with server, storage, or backup platforms such as Cisco UCS, Dell, IBM, NetApp, EMC, Nimble, Pure Storage, ExaGrid, or similar technologies is helpful.
