Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Pensacola, FL, Home Health where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working in patient homes across the Gulf Breeze to Destin area. Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Preferred: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree.

Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Preferred: Florida-licensed Physical Therapist (not required if license transferable by start date).

Experience in Home Health settings required, including travel to patient homes daily across a multi-site service area.

Preferred: experience with electronic documentation platforms and mobility assessment in home environments.

Shift Name: Evenings.

Shift Details: Evenings 2000-0400.

Monday to Friday as described by client.

Daily travel required to patient homes throughout the Gulf Breeze to Destin area. Travel between patient locations is required each shift.
