Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Contract Barback to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist bartenders in maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and organized to provide excellent service to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders with stocking and restocking bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
Clean and sanitize bar areas, including counters, sinks, glassware, and equipment.
Remove trash and recycling, ensuring the bar area remains tidy and presentable.
Assist in preparing garnishes and other bar prep work as needed.
Refill ice bins and maintain ice levels throughout the shift.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the bar area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
Support bartenders in serving drinks during busy periods.
Perform other duties as assigned by the bar manager or head bartender.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Must be at least 21 years old and have the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
