Customer Call Center Advocate

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Customer First Center Advocate to join our client's team in Hamilton, Ohio . This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $18-20 per hour (depending on experience).
Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. High school diploma or GED
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Working knowledge of database software, such as Jack Henry Silverlake or similar systems
Answer customer inquiries about bank products and services via phone, email, social media, or online chat
Recognize sales opportunities and refer clients to sales associates
Stay current on products, services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer issues related to loan products by conducting account research and using support resources
Perform customer account transactions and maintenance accurately
Escalate complex customer requests as directed by department leadership
