What You'll Do
Schedule and dispatch service, maintenance, and installation appointments
Optimize technician routes to maximize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities
Monitor schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as priorities change
Communicate proactively with customers and technicians
Track job status, arrival times, and completions
Resolve scheduling issues and service delays quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate job and customer information within dispatch software

Requirements
Qualifications
1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience
Experience using service management software, CRM systems, or scheduling tools preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
