Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to provide comprehensive patient care

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program

Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques

Understanding of pediatric developmental and rehabilitative needs

Proficient in medical documentation and electronic health records

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
