We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Engineer will work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in diverse construction projects and to grow within a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.

Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and daily reports.

Assist with monthly owner billing.

Quality Assurance: Assist the Superintendent in implementing and maintaining the on‑site safety program, including safety inspections and MSDS manual.

Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Site Visits: Conduct site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and support field teams when requested.

Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders.

Work with Superintendent and Project Manager to identify potential risks and issues early. Propose effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Support the implementation and use of construction technology tools to enhance project efficiency and data accuracy.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Understand construction drawings, specifications, and engineering principles.

Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Scheduling Software.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail in all aspects of project execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

1‑3 years of experience as project engineer or a similar role.

Familiarity with pre‑construction, scope development and cost estimating.

Experience with commercial construction projects.

10‑Hr OSHA Training (Obtain 30‑Hr within the first 6 months as part of hiring orientation).

Reports To: Project Manager / Director of Operations

Be available for occasional travel to project sites as needed.

Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
