Hospice Care Registered Nurse - NIGHTS

Treasure Coast Hospice is seeking a dedicated On Call / Triage Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts in Fort Pierce, FL. The RN will plan and deliver patient care, providing skilled nursing and triage in accordance with Hospice policies and Florida law.
The role includes in-person visits, care coordination with the IDT, and ensuring high-quality patient and family support. Requirements include Florida RN license, CHPN within 12 months, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of acute care
