Travel: RN-HOME CARE

Option Care Health Inc. is the nation’s largest home infusion provider, delivering intermediate nursing care in patients’ homes or infusion suites across the United States. The Infusion Nurse II role requires licensure, a valid CPR certification, and the ability to travel for patient care.
You will coordinate and provide direct patient care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to HIPAA and company policies.
