AtPauley Construction, LLC, as a Drafter Designer, you’ll plot, map, design, and draft in CADD using the requirements for telecommunications networks and permits. You will create accurate network maps, layouts, drawings, and detailed electronic construction prints to meet customer expectations.

You will assist with the execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term drafting strategy

You will participate on project teams and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables

You will adhere to administrative guidance on project execution

You will identify and course correct project issues and risks, participate in response plans to resolve

To be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or at least three years of telecommunications.

Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.

on weekends or be on-call as work is needed.

You will have training in the field

You will have solid experience with the principles and practices of fiber specific projects, network deployments and related fields

You may have 1 or more years of progressive experience in drafting - You may have proficiency in Auto CAD

You may have advanced training in the field.

Employees performing these job functions are required to lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds in a shift with assistance.

Pay Range : The Drafter/Designer hourly wage range is $20.00 - $25.00 depending on experience.
