Lead Calibration Technician

Perform and verify in-lab and on-site calibrations for electrical, mechanical, and thermal instruments with full traceability to NIST or equivalent standards.
Manage Fluke MET/CAL, MET/TEAM, and Fluke Customer Portal for accurate calibration records and data integrity.
Analyze calibration data for trends and recommend corrective actions to improve accuracy and turnaround time.
Oversee external calibration vendors, ensuring compliance with tolerances and environmental conditions.
Prepare detailed performance reports using Crystal Reports and advanced Excel tools.
Train and mentor calibration technicians, fostering technical growth and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Act as a technical liaison for customer inquiries and provide expert guidance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and customer satisfaction.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Metrology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

• 3–5 years of hands-on calibration experience with demonstrated proficiency in electrical measurement principles, uncertainty analysis, and traceability systems.
• Proven experience calibrating and troubleshooting a broad range of test and measurement equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, pressure gauges, high-voltage probes, temperature sensors, transducers, environmental chambers, power supplies, multiproduct calibrators, hipots, DLROs, micro ohmmeters, carrier equipment, and insulated poles.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting using Crystal Reports and Excel (macros, pivot tables).

Office and on-site settings; travel required.
