Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift at the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida
Our employees are dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to inspiring positive change in the lives of youth. Tampa Bay Girls Academy -Multiple co-located secure residential commitment programs serving high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field ~Licensed in the state of Florida ~ Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members ~ Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual ~ Must possess a current State Driver's License and Insurance ~Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
