Hospital Oncology Registered Nurse

Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care and support treatment protocols.
Administer blood and electrolyte replacements, sterile dressing changes, and monitor infection prevention measures.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in the Meditech EMR system.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with unit policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and care plans.
Respond promptly to patient needs and critical situations, providing support during procedures and emergencies.
Valid RN license with at least 1 year of oncology nursing experience.
Strong understanding of sterile dressing changes and infection prevention.
Familiarity with ports, central lines, and common oncology procedures preferred.
