Full-time Nurse Manager position available for our Aberdeen Medical Clinic. Sea Mar Community Health Centers is accredited by The Joint Commission and recognized by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) level III.

The Nurse Manager works in conjunction with the Health Center Administrator and Clinical Director in the daily operations of the clinic. They oversee clinical and administrative supervision of all nursing personnel. Ideal candidates are empathetic, calm, passionate, and motivated to make a difference and possess a strong understanding of the Social Determinants of health in a community health care setting. Candidates must be an RN or LPN.

Manage and evaluate approximately 10-12 Medical Assistants (MA), including MA supervisors.

Implement nursing policies and procedures in collaboration with the Medical Director and Health Center Administrator to meet Sea Mar’s standards, philosophy, and governmental regulations.

and demonstrate knowledge of State and Federal Regulations as they apply to health centers or hospitals.

Focus clinic efforts on quality measures, HEDIS, and Meaningful Use standards.

Oversee and maintain a patient care system of nurse-only visits.

Graduated from an accredited college or university with an active RN or BSN license in the state of Washington.

Complete state mandated HIV education.

Excellent communication, listening, and team building abilities required.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.
