Responsibilities:
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cornerstone Galaxy Product Manager to lead the implementation of the Galaxy Learning platform for a pharmaceutical company. This role bridges HR/Learning & Development (L&D) needs with IT architecture, integrations, data, security, and delivery while ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Galaxy, user-centered design, and industry best practices, with a strong background in HRIS, L&D, or HR operations.

A Typical Day Might Include the Following:

• Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Galaxy Learning platform, guiding its implementation and optimization.
• Collaborating with HR, L&D, and IT teams to gather and translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Leads vendor management to accelerate product outcomes, ensuring on time delivery, compliance, and high quality execution.
• Managing and guiding data conversion strategies to ensure seamless migration and integration.
• Designing and implementing solutions that comply with (non-GxP for current phase) requirements and industry standards.
• Leading cross-functional discussions to align IT architecture, integrations, and security with business objectives.
• Applying industry best practices and innovative solutions to enhance LMS functionality and user experience.
• Overseeing and collaborating with project manager on activities like timelines, risks, status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Supporting testing efforts (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to ensure quality outcomes.
• Monitoring post-production activities, including hyper-care support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage company approved AI tools to boost everyday productivity.

• Proven hands-on experience with Galaxy Learning platform[PL1.1] 10+ implementations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in L&D, HR operations, or HRIS/Systems.
• Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and Workday to Cornerstone integrations.[PL2.1]
• Ability to design scalable solutions that meet user needs and align with technical architecture.
• User-centered mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and simplicity to
• Familiarity with project management lifecycle and methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with GxP compliance and its application in LMS implementations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
