###In the role of Systems Engineer II, you will play a vital part in the continuous development of an advanced hybrid software system. Executing multiple facets of the systems engineering lifecycle, which encompasses requirements decomposition into software functions, system performance analysis, and oversight of software development and system integration testing.

Engaging with the agile development team to discuss technical concerns, risks, and issue resolution related to system capabilities.

Performing necessary analyses to define and document requirements for software releases, working alongside the Requirements Manager to maintain up-to-date requirements traceability matrices.

Collaborating closely with the Systems Engineering Team and Developers to ensure both software and system requirements are being fulfilled and coordinating additional support when necessary.

Assisting in the testing, training, and implementation of new platform technologies and code quality practices.

Supporting Agile development teams by offering best practices for software development in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) environment.

A familiarity with cloud-based software architectures and agile tools like JIRA and Confluence will be beneficial.
