Our anesthesia teams manage a wide case mix, including transplant, pediatric, cardiac, trauma, and complex surgical cases, as well as coverage for 13 non-OR anesthesia locations, including GI/Pulmonary, Cath/EP labs, Interventional Radiology, OB, and MRI.
Practice Locations Include:
Geisinger Medical Center (Danville) – Flagship tertiary care and Level I trauma center
Geisinger Community Medical Center (Scranton) – Full-service hospital with Level II trauma
Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center (Wilkes-Barre) – Comprehensive heart and vascular care
Geisinger Lewistown Hospital (Lewistown) – Regional hospital serving Mifflin County
Geisinger Gray’s Woods (State College) – Modern multi-specialty and outpatient care center

• 12 weeks away from work annually
• Overtime opportunities available at $275/hour

Competitive Compensation

• Base salary: $500,000
• $560,000+ with experience
• Annual salary increases
• Additional compensation for Pediatric and Cardiac anesthesiologists

Recruitment & Relocation
Forgivable recruitment loan: $200,000 (taxes amortized over 4 years)
