Attorney At Law

We are ideally looking for an Attorney with experience in Elder Law, Probate, Guardianship, or Litigation. As an Attorney with us, you'll play a vital role in providing trusted legal counsel, conducting thorough research, and creating tailored solutions that empower clients to secure their futures with confidence. We value excellent communication and fact-finding skills, as these are essential in building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff • Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings • Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action • Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently • Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings, and give general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys • Meet with potential clients to discuss their probate/guardianship issues and recommend the proper course of action. • Draft probate and guardianship documents. Qualifications: • Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association) • Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients • Successful completion of the bar exam • Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school Compensation: $70,000 + Commission
