Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry

This is a 13-week contract position.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare and ensuring a positive patient experience. You will work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status.

Administer medications and perform necessary medical treatments.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to formulate and implement individualized patient care plans.

Ensure patient safety and comfort by adhering to hospital policies and best practices.

Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Must possess a valid RN license in Tennessee.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
