Associate Broker For Real Estate

This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial real estate career who is looking to learn, grow, and make an impact. As an Associate Broker, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of our clients' real estate strategies.
Conduct market research and gather data to support business development activities
Help prepare client presentations, property summaries, and new business proposals
Assist in financial analysis and basic modeling for real estate transactions
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and property listings
Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and track deal progress
Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in commercial real estate
Support senior team members in negotiations and deal structuring
Building relationships and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Internship or coursework in commercial real estate
Familiarity with financial modeling and market analysis tools
