The Manager of Accounting will support reporting, prepare financial statements, assist with complex transactions, develop controls, enhance forecasting, and coordinate audits* Supporting the controllership with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting* Assisting with accounting analysis for complex transactions (e.g. acquisitions, financing, restructuring, compensation programs) under both IFRS and US GAAP* Preparation of financial statements under GAAP for auditor review, including preparation of note disclosure* Assisting with development of controls and processes* Building out the forecasting function and preparation of forecasts of P&L* Working as a bridge between our auditors (both internal and external) and our accounting and operational employees to ensure a smooth audit (preparation of reconciliations, working papers, sample testing etc.)**Qualifications & Requirements*** US CPA required* Experience with a Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) professional accounting firm preferred* Experience with ERPs preferred (e.g. Workday)**Competencies listing for Job Family*** Accuracy* Analytical/Critical Thinking* Communication* Financial Acumen* Judgment**Competencies**This position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities of this position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned.
