ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Nacogdoches, Texas.

RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. 750 referral bonus available.
RN - Med Surg
Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis

• Provide unit-level nursing care and supervision
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• HR located behind the hospital in the 2-story office building on campus, 1st floor Suite 107
