Dining Room Busser - Part - Time

Naperville Country Club, located in Naperville, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Busser! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation: $12 - $14 per hour + tips
Key Responsibilities:
Assures that all material used by the server is clean and ready for daily operation
Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges
Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for the delivery of food
Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with its corresponding ticket to run food to tables
Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards
Ensures that each menu item is prepared to the exact specifications outlined on each ticket
Corrects menu items with the chef before delivery if they do not meet specifications
Fills and refills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used
Clears dishes in front of guests upon completion of each course
Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including but not limited to: changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, repositioning chairs, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins
Assists the server when needed
Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients
Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
Performs other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
~ One month related experience or training

Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness
Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays
