Own programs from concept through launch and post‑launch optimization, bringing together internal and external development teams to deliver differentiated, high‑quality products on time and within scope.
Coordinate work across hardware, firmware, software, and operations, manage risks and tradeoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication and strong program leadership.
Coordinate internal and external teams across hardware, firmware, software, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
Build and maintain integrated timelines and plans, making informed tradeoffs on scope, schedule, resources, and cost while maintaining quality.
Run the core program routines (planning, standups, reviews, gate meetings) and track progress against clear goals and milestones.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation plans and timely decisions.
Ensure products meet agreed performance, quality, safety, regulatory, and launch‑readiness expectations.
Document and help protect intellectual property generated through development activities.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Proven track record of delivering new electro‑mechanical products or major product renovations from concept through launch.
- Plastics and injection molding.
- Electro‑mechanical systems.
- Experience with design controls, design verification/validation, and change management processes.
Strong proficiency with program and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, stage‑gate, or hybrid) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
Build and manage multi‑release product roadmaps and integrated project plans.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across multiple teams and vendors.
Master’s degree in technical field or business.
IoT / connected devices, smart products, or systems integrating hardware, firmware, and cloud services.
Consumer or B2B product development in regulated or quality‑critical environments.
Enterprise SaaS or data/analytics platforms associated with physical products.
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
Customer‑facing technical support experience (e.g., working directly with customers or field teams to resolve technical issues).

#Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.
