Review requests for prescription prior authorizationsOversee the activities of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks and customer service advocatesPerform all duties and functions in compliance with state and Federal pharmacy laws and regulationsSupport department quality assurance and improvement guidelinesSuccess in this role will depend heavily upon your customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment. You must also be able to work a variety of shifts based on need.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degreeCurrent and unrestricted pharmacist licensure (include state specific if required)1+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy settingDemonstrated ability to work various shifts (as needed)Preferred Qualifications:PBM or Managed Care experienceCall center experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment.
