You are a native or fluent English speaker and can confidently write at the university level.

You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees (MS, PhD) preferred.

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional chemical engineering experience in process design, manufacturing, R&D, or operations at a chemical company, engineering firm, pharmaceutical company, or related industry.

You have demonstrable expertise in areas such as process design, manufacturing operations, scale‑up, quality control, process safety, or product development.

You possess exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex engineering concepts and technical recommendations clearly.
