Full-Time Media Strategist

The Campaign Strategist supports the successful execution of linear and digital advertising campaigns across Sinclair's portfolio. This role serves as a key operational partner to Sales, Planning, Account Management, Traffic, Finance, and Marketing teams, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, delivered successfully, and managed efficiently from order entry through completion.

Support post-sale campaign execution across linear, digital, social, podcast, and owned-and-operated platforms.

Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, flighting, inventory allocation, and fulfillment activities.

Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Maintain accurate campaign, advertiser, inventory, and order information across company systems.

Support make-goods, liability management, inventory adjustments, and campaign documentation.

Sales Support & Account Coordination

Serve as a primary operational resource for Account Executives, Planners, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Traffic, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure campaign success.

Support discrepancy resolution, billing validation, and monthly reporting processes.

Help ensure campaign commitments, reporting, and documentation are accurate and complete.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in advertising operations, campaign management, media planning, sales support, traffic, account management, or a related field.
• Understanding of linear and digital advertising workflows and campaign execution.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with reporting, inventory management, and campaign tracking.
• Experience with advertising and workflow platforms such as GAM, Broadway, JIRA, Teams, Megaphone, Sprout, Smartsheet, or similar tools preferred.
• The hourly compensation range for this role is $26.44 to $31.25. This role also may be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on individual performance Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
