Emergency Room Nurse (RN NIGHT SHIFT) - FULL TIME

Sign‑on bonus available for qualified applicants.

Full‑time night shift Registered Nurse (Emergency Department). Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends.

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with department requirements and scope of practice. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).

Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.

Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs, and resolving them proactively.

Teaches patients/families/caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, status, treatment plan, medications, and possible side effects, translating complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.

Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
