Full time SLP/Speech Language Therapist

About Us TheraPeds Partners is a Colorado based, therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with our local schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP services to PreK-12 students nationwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.
This is a full-time and short term, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Parker, CO.
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.
Job Details Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Short-term January 2027-May 2027
Job Duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management
Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time
On-site, in person
Qualifications Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
CF-SLP placement may be available
Experience working with children
Fingerprint background clearance
Physical Requirements Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
