Role Description

This is a part‑time, on‑site role for an Operations Manager located in Hamden, CT. The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks, including managing schedules, supervising operations staff, and improving office workflows. The role also involves maintaining patient records, connecting with suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting efforts to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities for team supervision and fostering teamwork
