Maintenance and Repair Tech - Immediate Hire

AbbVie Maintenance Technician

Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Shift is 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.

Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis

Capable of training others on tasks.

Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans

Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization

Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site

Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.

CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired

Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
