Retail Associate
Regular Full Time Sales Powell Powell, OH, US
Every purchase, every donation, and every transaction helps fund job training and community programs that create opportunities for people across our region. We’re looking for a Sales Floor Associate who is friendly, reliable, and customer-focused. Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner (in person and by phone)
Operate the register to process transactions accurately, including discounts
Promote Goodwill’s “Change Round Up” program to fuel community impact
Keep the checkout area and front of store clean and organized
Bag and wrap merchandise with care
Assist with merchandise displays, stocking, and returns to the sales floor
Support store promotions, signage, and seasonal campaigns
Contribute to store safety, security, and team goals
Provide support in training new cashiers as needed

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred)
