Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing basic maintenance tasks and supporting preventive maintenance routines under supervision. This position focuses on learning the operations of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The mechanic in this role helps ensure that equipment is functioning properly and is capable of meeting production throughput rates.

Perform basic mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, following established procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve simple equipment malfunctions under supervision.

Assist with routine preventive maintenance inspections and tasks as scheduled.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Assist with ordering parts and materials for minor repairs.

Support the team with inventory management and parts verification.

Follow all safety policies and regulations.

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to follow instructions and perform maintenance under supervision.

Previous Welding experience required.

2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
