We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support our purchasing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring orders are placed on time, deliveries are tracked, and internal systems reflect the status of incoming materials. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, data entry, and seamless administrative support.

Order Tracking: Proactively monitor open orders, obtain acknowledgments from vendors, and confirm shipping and delivery dates.

Update the ERP/procurement system daily to reflect current dates, quantities, and pricing.

Vendor Communication: Act as a primary contact for suppliers regarding order status, tracking numbers, and delivery documentation.

Experience: 4+ years in procurement, purchasing administration, or a similar administrative role.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Excel/Google Sheets for tracking lists).

Experience with ERP or procurement software (e.g., Previous experience in a high-volume data entry environment.

Within the range, the starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

We operate in a hybrid work environment where Aurorans are in the office at least 3 days per week.
