Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in navigating the unique challenges and intricacies of commercial transactions while delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.**LOCATION*** Office-based in Franklin, TN and Louisville, KY with dedicated parking and an exceptional team environment.* Occasional overtime may be required to meet transaction deadlines.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Manage and process escrow transactions in accordance with instructions from real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.* Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds at closing in accordance with transaction requirements and company policies.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.* Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably within title and escrow operations.* Solid understanding of industry-standard practices, concepts, and procedures in the title/escrow field.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with various computer applications and title production software.**able to handle confidential information.* willing to accept help from others when needed.**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
