HR Rep Full Time

Full - Time (Monday - Friday 40 hours a week) 8:00AM-5:00PM PST
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per/hour DOE

Our Onboarding Assistant position plays a critical role in our company and we need an individual with excellent customer service skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and a knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
How will you help create a World Without Limits:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
maintain accurate employee files and databases
Interprets and communicates routine organizational processes, policies, and procedures.
Evaluates and applies information to provide advice to employees on Human Resources practices, policies, processes, and expectations.
Ensures personnel files and related documents are created, organized, and maintained in an easily retrievable format and conform to audit/review standards. Ensures human resource information is kept confidential.
Acts as first point of contact with employees and management on HR-related inquiries.
Provide administrative support such as making calls, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
Maintain HR Team Calendar
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

Record data for over 4000 employees
Demonstrate the ability to understand the business operations and HR practices
Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; Prior Human Resources experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not necessary (Experience in lieu of education is acceptable)
