The Strategic Project Manager will lead and coordinate the implementation of high impact projects, partnering closely with regional leaders and subject matter experts to align on governance, tracking, measuring and reporting progress. This role will regularly convene the project management and other related communities in order to develop and align on global project resources and a consistent approach.

Lead the implementation of global projects within the View email address on us.fitly.work Data Centers and consult on View email address on us.fitly.work global project governance and deployments in collaboration with the Director of Global Strategic Projects
Define project scope, deliverables, work streams and metrics that support business goals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders internally and externally, including senior executives, sponsors, business owners, program SMEs and operations
Establish, maintain, and optimize project governance, in accordance with evolving project needs, to ensure ongoing accountability towards planned outcomes
Create, execute and track end-to-end project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Create and maintain all project documentation pertinent to each project, including but not limited to: project charter, project plan and timeline, RACI and reports
Identify, assess and minimize risks; Develop and manage project reporting approach; compile quantitative data and proof points to communicate impact and storytelling for reporting. Support content development for snippets and quarterly updates as needed

5-7 years experience managing large, complex projects, particularly those involving a medium to significant degree of change across the organization

• PMP and/or Lean Sigma certifications preferred
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively across multiple locations, functions and organizational levels
• Ability to meet multiple business needs across several projects, while working in a collaborative environment
