- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure thorough documentation of all tool and report development processes, maintenance protocols, access controls, and user guides, with clear reference for medical policy tools. Prepare regular reports on tool performance, usage, and improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline both business and medical policy workflows via QuickBase solutions. Champion best practices in tool, report, and role development.
Must Have Skills:
- Medical Coding Experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
