DIALYSIS RN - TRAVEL NURSING

Position Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Dialysis with recent nephrology experience.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for dialysis patients, including assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and documentation.

Collaborate with the healthcare team, delegate tasks, educate patients and families.

Administer medications and respond to emergencies.

Ensure proper lab procedures and contribute to quality improvement activities.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing school.

Current state licensure.

BLS certification.

At least 1 year of nephrology nursing experience within the last two years, including a minimum of 3 months in hemodialysis.

Skills Strong clinical skills in dialysis, patient assessment, teamwork and adaptability to float across multiple sites.

Physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing.

Ability to work independently and adhere to policies and regulations.

Key Duties Supervise and collaborate with care staff.

Participate in staff training.

Perform routine patient assessments.

Manage treatment plans.

Ensure safety and compliance in a healthcare setting.
