Part-Time Direct Care - Direct Support Professional (DSP)

You will be instrumental in our commitment to provide a continuum of excellent care for individuals with disabilities. Your people skills will be crucial in making an impact and helping to change lives. You will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that works to foster growth and rehabilitation and strives to facilitate the development of the individual's ability to reach the highest level of independence.

Delivers purposeful age-appropriate activities and supports for program participants.

Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties

Participate in service training

Communicates appropriately with program participants, staff, and community affiliations

High school diploma or equivalent degree (GED)

Minimum one year of experience working with persons with disabilities preferred

Computer skills and the ability to type daily documentation
